Good news. The stigma surrounding mental health is improving and businesses are clearly making mental wellbeing a priority. Men are less likely to seek help, media agencies generally fair better than creative agencies, and businesses that have signed the Minimum Standards are perceived to place more importance on mental health and be more effective in their approaches.

Mentally-Healthy is a movement to enhance our industry’s capacity to cope with and improve, our levels of mental health. We’re driven by the Mentally-Healthy Change Group, a set of passionate volunteers  who are focused on empowering the creative, media and marketing industry to smash the stigma around mental health.
